Happiness Leaves Clues...

Maybe you’ve noticed that some people just have a way of dealing with challenges, adversity, and the onslaught of life without losing their peace of mind.

Do you want to discover that, too?

Well, greater happiness doesn’t have to be elusive, and it doesn't just happen by accident. It leaves clues. There are strategies. And there's a map. It's a learned behavior.

Arthur C. Brooks has devoted his life to decoding cutting-edge scientific research, as well as exploring philosophy and wisdom traditions to help people from all walks of life learn to get happier.
